Beauty Retreat Studio Policies

When booking an appointment, please review the following policies:

  • Payments & Deposits: All deposits and payments are due at the time of booking and are non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid in cash upon arrival.
  • Late Arrivals: There is no grace period. If you arrive late, your service time will be shortened accordingly.
  • Cancellations & Rescheduling:
    • Massage cancellations: $50–$75 fee.
    • Waxing cancellations: $30 fee.
    • Changes within 24 hours of the appointment will incur the respective fee.
    • No-call, no-show appointments result in forfeiture of payment, deposit, and Groupon voucher.
    • Rescheduling multiple appointments? Each must be confirmed, canceled, or rescheduled separately, with a deposit for each.
  • Groupon Policy:
    • All Groupon couples massages must be redeemed at the time of service.
    • Groupon vouchers will be redeemed, but service will only be provided after paying the rescheduling fee.
    • Expired Groupons can still be used, but the difference in the original price must be paid. No exceptions.
    • Groupons are not accepted on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, or during holiday weeks.
  • Unexpected Circumstances: In cases of illness, death, or family emergencies involving our therapists or technicians, appointments may be rescheduled without penalty.
  • COVID-19 Policy:
    • If exposed to or infected with COVID-19, you must reschedule at least 15 days after three consecutive symptom-free days.
    • Symptoms (per CDC) include fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, aches, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea.
    • Clients exhibiting symptoms may be refused service, leading to appointment cancellation.
    • Face masks are required. Failure to comply may result in service refusal and appointment termination.
