Cancellation Policy

When booking an appointment(s) all deposits & payments are due at the time you schedule your appointment(s). All deposits  and payments are non-refundable, and you MUST pay the remaining balance of your service upon arrival by cash

*Beauty Retreat Studio does not offer a grace period* If you are running late for your appointment your service time will be reduced based on the time you arrive. 

In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a rescheduling fee of $50 will apply for all services, and $25 for waxing services. If you hold a Groupon voucher, it will be redeemed; however, the service will be provided only after the rescheduling fee has been paid. Subsequent cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours will incur an additional $50 fee each time. Failure to show up for an appointment without prior notification will result in forfeiture of the entire Groupon voucher.

 If client has multiple appointments scheduled they must confirm, cancel, or reschedule each appointment AND provide the deposit for each appointment. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation and your appointment will become available for rebooking. 

 Those who cancel their appointment(s) within or after 24 hours of their appointment and/or no call - no show will need to rebook their appointment(s) and re-pay the deposit fee. 

In addition, if an unexpected illness, death, or family emergency occurs with a therapist or technician your appointment is subject to be rescheduled with no penalty against you.

Scheduling an appointment(s) is the clients/your acceptance of these policies. 




Due to COVID-19 we ask that all clients and guest that have been exposed to and/or infected with the COVID-19 virus to reschedule their appointment(s) at least 15 days out after having 3 consecutive days of no symptoms related to COVID-19. (18 days in total)


Symptoms per CDC include:

  • Fever or chills
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Fatigue
  • Muscle or body aches
  • Headache
  • New loss of taste or smell
  • Sore throat
  • Congestion or runny nose
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Diarrhea

If client(s) or guest present any of these symptoms upon arrival to their appointment(s) management, therapist, and/or technician may refuse to service you, thus cancelling your appointment. 

It is mandatory that all clients and guest wear a face mask within the studio and when being serviced. Failure to comply with this policy and state order will result in refusal of service and appointment termination. This applies to practically and fully vaccinated clients and guest as well.
