Cancellation Policy

When scheduling an appointment with Beauty Retreat Studio, take note of the following policies:

All deposits and payments are due at the time of scheduling and are non-refundable.
The remaining balance for your service must be settled in cash upon arrival.
There is no grace period for late arrivals; if you're running late, your service time will be reduced based on your arrival time.
For cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a $50 fee applies for all services and $25 for waxing services.
Groupon vouchers will be redeemed, but the service will only be provided after the rescheduling fee has been paid.
Subsequent cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours will incur an additional $50 fee each time.
Failure to provide prior notification for a missed appointment will result in forfeiture of the entire Groupon voucher, payment, and deposit.
If you have multiple appointments, confirm, cancel, or reschedule each one separately and provide the deposit for each appointment to avoid automatic cancellation.
Cancellations within or after 24 hours and no-call-no-shows require rebooking and repayment of the deposit fee.
All expired groupons will be redeemed. Customers may still use their expired Groupon. Once the difference in the original price is paid in full. NO EXCEPTIONS.
In the event of unexpected illness, death, or a family emergency with a therapist or technician, appointments may be rescheduled without penalty.
All deposits and payments are non-refundable, and scheduling an appointment implies acceptance of these policies.

We don’t accept Groupons on Thursday, Friday and Saturdays nor the week of and on holidays.

COVID-19 INFORMATION:

Clients and guests exposed to or infected with COVID-19 must reschedule appointments at least 15 days after three consecutive symptom-free days.
Symptoms, as per CDC, include fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, and diarrhea.
Clients or guests presenting these symptoms may be refused service, leading to appointment cancellation.
Face masks are mandatory within the studio, and failure to comply may result in service refusal and appointment termination.
These COVID-19 and mask policies are accepted by clients when scheduling an appointment.
